Math Meet

Each year the Greater Dane Co. Network runs a Math Meet for students in fifth through eigth grades.  Schools form teams that compete at regional meets.  Winners from the regionals advance to Mega meets.

Math Meet Program Goals:

• To stimulate interest in mathematics
• To recognize exceptional mathematical talent
• To provide a healthy academic environment
• Support the National Council of Teacher of Mathematics Standards
